360 Cultural Intelligence Assessments

A simple and easy way to know how you are doing in the area of intercultural competence or diversity & inclusion (D&I) is Cultural Intelligence (CQ). This assessment is accompanied by a full 90 minute debrief where not only the report is explained but also an action plan is devised which you can implement with coaching sessions.

This 360 assessment is used by leaders to generate an extensive report on the four capabilities, the 13 sub-dimensions, and cultural values that come along with a development action plan from a multi-rater perspective. If your team is involved in team coaching and you all decide to take the assessment, a group report is generated and a full debrief session can be incorporated into the team coaching engagement.
