Due to the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment we live in, the need for navigating your emotions as a leader is integral to the success of your leadership. In EQ leadership assessments we identify your EQ competencies and support you in using your strengths to elevate you above your shortcomings as a leader. This comes with a debrief of 90 minutes. Coaching sessions are not included in this package.
We use self-assessments and other EQ products to support teams to communicate across their styles and differences in emotions and reasoning.
