Our commitment to your leadership does not stop at the assessment or your own executive coaching engagement. Our ‘Neocharismatic Coaching’ method holistically examines both your and your team needs. We coach you on how to coach your team as well as practically bring skills to your leadership toolbox by showing you application and implementation.

We use several frameworks, but most importantly, base our engagement on the 6 Team Conditions assessment or Team Diagnostic Survey TDS as a tool when needed.
